what size am i?/how does sizing work?
please refer to our sizing & shapes tab for instructions but we highly recommend ordering a sizing kit to ensure the perfect fit!

what's your return policy? what if my nails don't fit?
​
nailed by shelley does NOT offer returns or exchanges of any kind due to the fact that each set is made to order and crafted just for you! please make sure to size accordingly, if at all unsure we have sizing kits available here!
we also offer replacement nails if sizing is off!
we are not responsible for lost/damaged mail once the order has shipped! clients will be responsible for reaching out and filing a report with USPS.
if order was attempted to be delivered but for some reason gets sent back to us, clients will be responsible for paying the additional postage fee to reship.

how long till i get my order?
​
since all sets are handmade to order, it can take anywhere from 2-10 days after purchase to start your set. wait times depend on volumes of orders.
shipping then ranges from 3-10 business days.

can i make changes to a set?
​
yes and no. if you'd like to change the length of any default shape or color to a set, that can be noted in your order!
for design changes please refer to and order a customized set!

how long do your sets last?
​
with the proper application sets can last anywhere up to 2+ weeks. but all depends on prep, correct sizing, and how rough you are with your hands!

are the nails reusable?
​
yes of course! once done with initial wear and nails are removed, the glue can be filed/picked off. store in a safe place and rewear as you please!
for those that use press ons regularly, i suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. it will allow you to buff and remove any stuck glue allowing you more wears.

i lost a nail! can i replace it?

what nail glue do you recommend?
​
we recommend a professional nail glue such as KDS (which is provided with each set) and beauty secrets nail glue.

are the nails strong?
​
yes! all nails are using Apres gel-x full cover tips.​
i don't see anything i like. do you offer custom designs?
​
yes we do! for color changes they can be noted in the order.
but for design changes please refer to our customized sets!

how many nails come in each set?
​
all sets come with 10 nails in the size you select.
what comes with my nails/what's in the application kit?
​
all nails come with an application kit; which includes a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, alcohol prep pads, and glue!
